This is an ORIGINAL ANTIQUE ETERNITY BAND RING that was made in the ART DECO PERIOD of the 1930s. It is made from PLATINUM and has engraved detailing on the sides. Each side of the band has an area for a personal inscription and this ring is dated 17 - 9 -938 on one side, which means Sept 17, 1938, and it has the initials FEA on the other side (difficult to read without a loupe). These can be polished away if you want to change it.
The ring is bead-set with 26 OLD TRANSITIONAL CUT DIAMONDS of H-I-J color, SI1 to I clarity that weigh approx. 1.40 carats. All of these diamonds are EYE-CLEAN and WITHOUT BLACK CARBON. *An old transitional cut diamond is the antique cut that is the closest to a modern brilliant cut in regards to proportions and light return. The ring is in between sizes 7.25 to 7.5 and the total weight is 2.4 grams. The band measures 2.94 mm wide. THE ORIGINAL DECO ETERNITY RINGS ARE HARD TO FIND, SO DON’T MISS THIS ONE IF IT IS YOUR SIZE.

*A NOTE ABOUT OUR PHOTOGRAPHY – Taking pictures of diamonds to be displayed on a computer screen can be difficult, often resulting in the diamonds looking dark (especially rose cut diamonds) when in reality they are not. If you are looking at any of our pictures and feel that the diamonds look dark, please refer to the description of the item that states the accurate color and clarity of the stones.
Also, jewelry and/or diamond grading is done under 10X magnification. When you super-size our photos you will see the item in 100X magnification. Please be aware that you may see things that cannot be seen with your eyes or a jeweler’s loupe. Sometimes these magnified images can make the item look distorted or appear to have problems when in reality it is fine. I list only high quality pieces and avoid those with problems or in need of repair unless it is described as such in the listing. If you are seeing something that you are not sure of, please inquire about it.
REFUND POLICY: The buyer has the right to a refund should the item not be suitable. The item must be promptly returned in its original condition without damage, alteration, repair or signs of wear when examined under a 10x jewelers loupe. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees unless we have mistakenly misrepresented the item.
